TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE CUSTOMER
When placing an order on the site, the customer must complete an order form specifying certain mandatory fields so that their product order can be taken into account by Mamité.
The information communicated to Mamité when opening a customer account or during each of its orders must be complete, accurate and up to date.
The information collected is subject to computer processing intended to provide the service or send you the products you order on the website. This data will never be communicated to third parties, with the exception of third parties involved in the proper delivery of the items ordered (the post office or other delivery service).
Mamité undertakes to take all reasonable measures at its disposal to preserve the confidentiality of this personal data.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, oppose and delete personal data concerning him. To exercise this right, simply send an email to: mamitechapeaux@gmail.com
PRODUCTION TIMES AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS
The lead time for making hats is 2 to 3 weeks for hats that are part of the collection and 1 to 2 weeks for accessories, this lead time may be extended for any request for customization of the models. A holiday period or an exceptional event may generate a slight change in the lead times, the buyer will be notified by email.
The production time for custom orders may differ from the usual time and must be defined at the time of establishing the quote.
Hats or accessories listed as “ready to ship” will be shipped within 5 business days.
Customization requests may result in an additional cost that will be billed separately. Any customization request must be made by email and accepted by Mamité.
Custom orders must be paid for at the time of ordering in the same way as standard orders and are neither exchangeable nor refundable. A request for a quote or information on a custom-made product does not in any way commit Mamité Chapeaux to fulfill this request. Both parties will only be committed after the buyer has signed a quote and paid for the order.
Mamité Chapeaux reserves the right to refuse to carry out any custom order or request for personalization whose nature does not correspond aesthetically, ethically or philosophically to the company.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Packages will be shipped by Colissimo with signature.
Any damaged package must be refused upon delivery.

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order only for orders shipped to Metropolitan France and the European Union.
Any returns are the responsibility of the buyer and will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition, has never been worn, is still in its original packaging, complete and shows no signs of shock, malfunction or obvious signs of use beyond a simple fitting. The return processing time is 14 days from receipt. Mamité reserves the right to refuse any return if the products received do not meet these conditions.
Please place your order with care, Mamité is a very small manufacturing workshop that makes each item to order and to measure.
Any return request must be made by email to mamitechapeaux@gmail.com and must first be validated by Mamité in order to be taken into account. Instructions will then be communicated to the buyer.
